Flow is moving meditation. Fast or slow, with props or without. There are many ways to experience flow, and many movement practices that can help you get there.
We reach the flow state when we are able to stop thinking about an activity and start doing it. Also known as being "in the zone", when body and mind become fluid. Perhaps you feel like your body is performing without conscious thought.
My own flow practice has been influenced by various styles, including poi, staff spinning, Tai Chi, Aikido, and my own experimentation.
The props I practice with regularly are poi, double staffs, dragon staff and katanas.

Our Mission
We believe in the power of movement and dance
To bring joy
To heal pain
To find freedom
To gain wisdom
We aspire to motivate and guide individuals in their own path of flow.q
I have been practicing flow arts for about 8 years (first poi, now various other props). I particularly enjoy working with my dragon staff and double katanas.
Primarily I teach poi; however, in our retreats, I incorporate a mix of styles and techniques from other disciplines - aikido, Tai Chi, yoga, bo-staff spinning, stunt choreography and more.
Who are we?
