Flow is moving meditation

Fast or slow, with props or without.

There are many ways to experience flow, and many movement practices that can help you get there.

We reach the flow state when we are able to stop thinking about an activity and start doing it.  Also known as being "in the zone", when your body and mind become fluid.  Perhaps you feel like your body is performing without conscious thought.

Classes

I teach free beginner poi classes to anyone interested, once a week in Fethiye.

 

Everyone welcome, no experience necessary.
