I first discovered poi about 8 years ago, and it's helped me in many ways throughout my life.  I believe flow arts is an excellent way to stretch, strengthen and nurture one's body, mind and soul.  I'm very grateful for the people who taught and inspired me, and I'm glad now to have the opportunity to teach and inspire others in turn.​

Although poi was my first prop, and the one I recommend for people just starting their flow journey, I love experimenting with different props as well.  I practice regularly with double staffs, dragonstaff and katanas, and I incorporate different movement artforms in my flow.
